HBM- HOME BUYER MARKETING WEBSITE

One feature that Carrie offers is access to a website called HBM, Home Buyer Marketing. This is a non-public, password protected website that allows you to search, filter, and request showings on properties. It will also alert you to homes new on the market within your search parameter. The website is updated every 15 minutes from Metrolist. Since it is private, you will not be recieving emails or phone calls from dozens of agents! If you would like to be set up on this website, just send me an email with your name (first is fine), email address you would like to use, a phone number and an address (we can use my office address). After I have added you, you will receive an email with your logon and password which you can promptly change after you log in. From there.....you can search this very functional and easy to use site with plenty of extras!
